Billing & Insurance
At this time, The Speech Spot, LLC does not accept insurance. We are currently working on getting in-network with insurance providers, but currently we are out-of-network with all insurance providers. We are hoping to offer insurance options soon. However, don't let this stop you from booking services.
Upon request, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill as a statement of your services. We can provide you with receipts and reports with the speech and language diagnostic codes for all sessions. You can submit the superbill on your own behalf to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
We highly recommend all families to utilize their health insurance benefits, even if we are not contracted with your insurance provider. We strongly encourage you to review your plan’s out-of-network benefits to understand your coverage and responsibility for therapy services.
We get that insurance companies and plans can be tricky to navigate. No two plans are created equal. We make every effort to accommodate you and help guide you through any challenges in understanding the benefits offered by your health care plan. You can call the number provided on your insurance card to ask about their process for filing out-of-network claims and to see if speech therapy is covered.
